  I was seeking a Natropath who could help me get back to normality after my pregnancy. I felt severely fatigued,  knew I had hormonal in balance and just generally  felt not well. I didn't know what to do. It was great to visit Essential Health and feel as though I could voice my concerns in a non judgemental way. After my first appointment, I was put on a plan to get me back to feeling good. Within days I noticed the difference and continued to get better daily. I'm grateful that I was guided by someone who really wanted to see me reach my goals to not only get well but get back to my best self. The care and professionalism recieved was fantastic.   The care and dedication to finding not just a fix but the real reasoning behind my concerns makes me feel really valued. In my case, my sleep has become more solid my headaches have reduced and energy is increasing; the questions I asked post partum that were met by a gp with “your ok it’s normal” was researched and further questioned by Angelina and I truely am so thankful for her patience with me and for caring about my results and my overall well-being. 10/10 always!
