Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a healing treatment which involves a range of techniques from deep tissue massage to trigger point therapy. It can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. This form of massage is an effective treatment for those with damaged, impaired, knotted, tense or immobile muscles and joints. It is therefore useful in healing conditions such as:
- Neck pain;
- Back pain; and
- Tension headaches.
It also works to improve blood circulation and supply, thereby allowing the removal of toxins from the muscles.
We offer remedial massage sessions ranging from one hour to 90 minutes. If you have not experienced a quality remedial massage, we highly recommend it.
